The first impression with the front desk team was excellent and attentive. The surgeon literally demonstrated patient care from start to finish. The clinical staff support was attentive to my needs and reiterated post surgical procedures for my comprehension at the end.

I went for the first time and really liked Dr Lee. He takes his time with you and explains things. I would recommend him and will definitely keep him as my oral surgeon.

Wisdom tooth extraction at age 66 and it went wonderfully! Clear post procedure guidance provided, they check up on you personally, and for me literally painless on novacaine. Even on the day after no swelling, no pain, and just slight jaw discomfort when opening wide. Highly recommended.

I’ve had over four procedures the last few years and am always impressed by his expertise and appreciate the helpful, caring staff as well. I recently had a tooth extraction, a bone graft, and a sinus cavity repair. To be clear, nobody voluntarily signs up for a procedure like this for fun. It’s a strange experience because you can feel everything happening, yet there’s no pain. At one point, all I could think was, “Imagine this without anesthesia,” and it immediately earned a spot on my list of the top five ways I would never want to be tortured. That said, this was genuinely one of the most pleasant medical experiences I’ve ever had. I’m not a fan of doctor visits in general. They usually feel awkward and uncomfortable, so I tend to avoid them whenever possible. I highly recommend Dr. Lee. He is clearly very skilled and experienced—the entire procedure took only about 30 minutes. He has an excellent bedside manner and immediately put me at ease. Within moments of meeting him, I had the impression that he’s the kind of person everyone would want as a father or grandfather…warm, reassuring, approachable, and genuinely caring, but not the kind who talks your ear off. I especially appreciated how clearly he explained everything and how he made sure I was comfortable before getting started, all while being super efficient and respectful of my time. His assistant was fantastic as well (I wish I remembered her name, sorry!). I enjoyed talking with her during both my initial consultation and on the day of the procedure. She was friendly, professional, and definitely helped make the entire experience more comfortable. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because my initial consultation with another doctor in the practice wasn’t quite as positive. I am not suggesting he wasn’t knowledgeable or that he was rude. Some of my questions just felt brushed aside, and I left that appointment feeling more anxious than reassured. Fortunately, my experience with Dr. Lee was the exact opposite and more than made up for it. In fact, if their office has intentionally designed a system where the consultation lowers your expectations so the procedure feels like floating on a dream cloud by comparison, then I have to admit, it’s a brilliant strategy. 🙂

The whole experience had been great from evaluation through procedure. Staff was very friendly, professional and very accommodating because I had to reschedule appointment, and it was very easy. Instructions pre-procedure were simple and clear. Procedure itself was very easy. I came in, waited less than 5 minutes, and procedure went smoothly. Would highly recommend.
